I am pleased to report that the service was great. I stopped by without an appointment as there was a serious issue with my car that occurred while I was driving. I called the sales rep whom I bought the car from (Barbara) and she told me to drop by. She was unable to fix the problem so we contacted Bora and she couldn't fix the problem. Then she went above and beyond and was able to get me scheduled that day for a technician to look at the issue. I made an appointment to deal with the recall on my Optiq. But when I arrived, I learned the service department didn't know what the recall was and didn't have the replacement tire needed to fix the issue. So, I'll drive back down again when hopefully they will be ready to fix what's wrong. I can't say I would or would not recommend this service shop, since I haven't gotten service yet...
