The property in general was very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you anytime. Is located in a very good area and close to restaurants and markets

The service staff was great. They have one coin-operated clothes washer and dryer at very low cost. Also, provide detergent at no cost, if you don't have any.

Nice comfy stay. Convenient to shopping and dining. 10 minutes away from Red Rock Park and several hiking trails, and about 2 hrs away from Grand Canyon and Bearizona. My only complain is they should work on their continental breakfast game.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable; however, the a/c is the kind that kicks on and off all night long so that can interrupt a sleep cycle. We drove into Sedona around 9:15 pm, and there was no one at the front desk. We had to check in with a kiosk and a person on a screen (I guess she was working remotely). We had to pay a "property utilities fee" in addition to the bill we already paid online. It was $8, and I wasn't aware that I'd need to pay this. Nice hotel that is a bit older but they keep it pretty clean. Breakfast was so convenient and a very nice pool area with fire pit at night. Be mindful there is no elevator to second level.
We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and it was fantastic! Super clean and amazing staff. Great pool area as well!
