This place has gone downhill. It smelled like sewage throughout the restaurant, food was fine but not worth the cost, drinks were watered down and the bathroom had standing water in the stalls. Sad to see as this place was a gem.
We went for the prix fixe (appetizer, entree, and dessert) Valentine's Day special 2/14/2024. I got the crab cake with Southern slaw, crab stuffed salmon, and the creme brulee, and husband got the wedge salad, sea bass, and key lime pie. The cost for both of us before tip was $200-220 no alcoholic beverages, only diet pepsi/coke. The food was good, but it was definitely overpriced. Food is ok but service was terrible, she was so rude how she service us. She told us we can’t share anything she yelled so loud and repeated many times. She serve entree without utensils, she took them all after appetizers. We asked for take pictures she said no she busy with the attitude and never come back until the end want good tips. Nice place except the 2 times I’ve been there the ladies room was backing up.
They have plumbing problems you can smell when you walk into restaurant. Ladies restroom both toilets had standing water
While the food was decent there was an odd smell throughout the entire restaurant. It almost made us not be able to eat. Thank goodness we could smell coffee brewing faintly. The service was not terrible but could have been much better. This is definitely a restaurant time left behind. If you are over 60 years old give it a shot. Otherwise do not bother.
Parking. - Excellent Service -Outstanding Noice - Not loud at all. Very pleasant Food - for the price, food was average at best. Wife had the surf and turf. Filet was one of the best. Lobster was missing flavor and was slightly overcooked. I had the ribeye which was perfectly cooked to medium. The meat was tough and lacking flavor. The color was slight grey which is why I didn’t finished it. The side dishes were excellent Overall, overpriced for the quality of food
All of my guests truly enjoyed your restaurant. I was disappointed a little bit in the attentiveness of our servers. We came back to Arthur’s after having had a wonderful experience, where we had very professional level service. This time appeared to be more mainstream. we also had an issue where the price of the bottle of wine on our bill was not the same as it was on the menu. Apparently there have been some price changes. Ok I would have given a 5 star across the board however where we were sitting there was this sewer smell and it took away from the romantic evening. Service and food was excellent
