This was a very disappointing Christmas day experience. This restaurant was not prepared. I came in for my reservation at 6pm, I didn't get seated until 7:30pm. I was only seated at this point because a bartender cleaned off a table, behind the bar, for us to sit at. The crab cakes were good, however they ran out of the other items I planned to order. Our food came out fast, but cold. This place has potential, but they need to plan better.
I made a reservation at Arthur’s for a family Christmas dinner on December 9, 2022 for a party of three for 6PM on Christmas Day. Reviewing the posted Christmas Day menu online and calling the restaurant multiples times, we were planning to enjoy the traditional Turkey Dinner. New decor nice but Miss the aquariums. Unfortunately the noise level without the barrier makes it impossible to have a conversation.
It lost it’s ambiance with the renovation. It is just like every other average steakhouse in DFW.
Open Table took the reservation but the restaurant was closed for remodeling. They did not bother to check nor advise me.

They are closed for remodeling. I shouldn’t have been able to make reservations! I called to confirm and got a recorded message. Was my husband’s birthday. Glad I didn’t plan a surprise party!! I’m disappointed with open table. Been to Arthur’s several times. Always good.

"Temporarily Closed" as of this review in July 2022 and not surprised. In Jan 2022 service was appalling. Slow, forgot about us several times, submitted orders wrong to the kitchen. That's the front of house. Back of house was equally bad. Food was mediocre at best and the kitchen tried to cleverly slice escargot into tiny pieces and pass them off as a whole order. Wrong!
