Bought the Essence 4 Chandelier from Home Depot and everything was perfect, except one of the outer shields were shattered. I found Artika’s website, explained my dilemma and instead of having to uninstall everything, they shipped an outer shield to me! Should be coming in the mail soon! Thanks for the fantastic help!!!! :) Lorena was truly helpful!

I bought the artika sunray ultra thin led panel light fixture for our kitchen. I was happy with the unit except for one thing. The screws provided with the drywall anchors were too small and, I thought, the wrong type. I had to get some #12 round head screws, big enough to bite those big drywall anchors. Other than that, very nice product!
