RecommendedPicked this up at Costco. Just installed today. Simple installation to replace the existing fixture. Counting minor adjustments to get it aligned, the whole process took about 45 minutes. They look great! Thumbs up.
RecommendedExcellent Customer Service. Had Artika sink since 2012, the grid first gen I’m guessing had its flaws. The drain ring of the grid broke off (both grids). The welds snapped. Hanna was very helpful, gave her the measurements of the two grids and ordered the replacement for me. One was back ordered and one was available. The new grid came quickly within a few days and fit perfectly. She followed up on the back order. Waiting it to be delivered. New grid weld and design improved. Will be buying Artika products again!
