RecommendedHaving my dining room recarpeted the young man bumped his head on my light fitting I asked at Costco where I could get a replacement glass ,I was given the. Artics e mail address and sent an e mail and I got a reply within the day a lovely lady named Hanna took my order for the glass it arrived 3 days later all the way from USA I couldn’t have hoped for better service thank you Hanna you were so friendly and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast he had the answers to my specific and detailed questions about a fixture. I was expecting to be there a few minutes waiting for him to look things up. RecommendedBought the Essence 4 Chandelier from Home Depot and everything was perfect, except one of the outer shields were shattered. I found Artika’s website, explained my dilemma and instead of having to uninstall everything, they shipped an outer shield to me! Should be coming in the mail soon! Thanks for the fantastic help!!!! :) Lorena was truly helpful!
