Having my dining room recarpeted the young man bumped his head on my light fitting I asked at Costco where I could get a replacement glass ,I was given the. Artics e mail address and sent an e mail and I got a reply within the day a lovely lady named Hanna took my order for the glass it arrived 3 days later all the way from USA I couldn’t have hoped for better service thank you Hanna you were so friendly and efficient. Bought the Essence 4 Chandelier from Home Depot and everything was perfect, except one of the outer shields were shattered. I found Artika’s website, explained my dilemma and instead of having to uninstall everything, they shipped an outer shield to me! Should be coming in the mail soon! I bought the artika sunray ultra thin led panel light fixture for our kitchen. I was happy with the unit except for one thing. The screws provided with the drywall anchors were too small and, I thought, the wrong type. I had to get some #12 round head screws, big enough to bite those big drywall anchors. Other than that, very nice product!
