RecommendedI was totally amazed by their superior customer service. I had bought three of their integrated LED lights and was a little wary since I couldn't replace the bulb. After a year one went out. I contacted customer support via email and received a reply back the same day that my replacement light was being shipped. Really like their designs and so appreciate the rapid response and resolution to my problem. Highly recommend!

RecommendedI had troubles with the recent Fathers Day sale, it wasn’t giving me the 20% off on my cart so I didn’t place my order. Contacted chat with my concerns the next day but nothing came out of that conversation. Later in the day I got an email from Kim Cunningham apologizing for the poor customer service on chat and offering me 25% off for my troubles. I was just blown away by the excellent customer service.
