Lighting is beautiful.(Essence 5). Alex was great in helping me to order part needed to be replaced. A cylinder for my light that was broken by a handy man doing work in my home.
I was totally amazed by their superior customer service. I had bought three of their integrated LED lights and was a little wary since I couldn't replace the bulb. After a year one went out. I contacted customer support via email and received a reply back the same day that my replacement light was being shipped. Really like their designs and so appreciate the rapid response and resolution to my problem. Highly recommend!
I had troubles with the recent Fathers Day sale, it wasn’t giving me the 20% off on my cart so I didn’t place my order. Contacted chat with my concerns the next day but nothing came out of that conversation. Later in the day I got an email from Kim Cunningham apologizing for the poor customer service on chat and offering me 25% off for my troubles. I was just blown away by the excellent customer service.
