They honour the warranty with very little requirement from the buyer They provide return shipping labels and instructions were very clear I would buy more of their products in future
Lighting is beautiful.(Essence 5). Alex was great in helping me to order part needed to be replaced. A cylinder for my light that was broken by a handy man doing work in my home.

I was totally amazed by their superior customer service. I had bought three of their integrated LED lights and was a little wary since I couldn't replace the bulb. After a year one went out. I contacted customer support via email and received a reply back the same day that my replacement light was being shipped. Really like their designs and so appreciate the rapid response and resolution to my problem. Highly recommend!

I had troubles with the recent Fathers Day sale, it wasn’t giving me the 20% off on my cart so I didn’t place my order. Contacted chat with my concerns the next day but nothing came out of that conversation. Later in the day I got an email from Kim Cunningham apologizing for the poor customer service on chat and offering me 25% off for my troubles. I was just blown away by the excellent customer service. The Artika rep was very professional, courteous and thorough. He took care of my issue with my lighting replacement part quickly and informed me of what will happen next as far as communication is concerned from Artika. I received the confirmation email immediately as he said I would. He gets 5 stars from me, and so does Artika lighting! Beautiful!!

My husband bought couple of Artika products in last 2 years, it started with shower caddy and now we got all new light fixtures in our house from Artika.
