We have 5 different lights from Attila all quite unique we had a problem with one we contacted artisan about it and they sent us a replacement
Artika service was great ! we had a light that failed to work. It was a complete LED 1800 Lumen fixture.They have offered to send a replacement for the light. Because it was well within the warranty! We're looking forward to receiving the lights in the next week. Should be here April 7th 2021 !
We purchased a portable shower caddy and after a few months, one of the shelves broke. After many attempts to contact Artika and get this resolved, a new shower caddy was sent to us but was never rec’d as the post office returned it to the sender. I reached out again and got a wonder advisor, Adrian Azor, who promised me that he was going to handle this. After only4 business days, I am happy to report that our new shower caddy arrived. A big shout out and huge thank you to Adrian.
