Overall it was alright, which is where I would rank between ok and great. The biggest issues we had are below: - My wife's name was misspelled up until closing despite several emails to clarify. - We were forced to take a $75 home owner class right before being allowed to close that gave an overview of what was already 90% done. That course and fee were irrelevant and we shouldn't have been forced to pay that. - An estimate done prior to closing that effected the value of the home became this big "elephant in the room... read more
