While I did not have any problems with the loan process and loan officer it was the quality of work in the property that I had a problem with. The work by subcontractor is not good. Even now after I closed on the loan 4 days ago there are still discrepancies that needed to be addressed prior to the closing that have not. The last property I owned had a lower value and provided way better quality of work and materials. There was also a lot of delays in this property and the closing was moved twice, which begs why was not eve... read more
Thorough and excellent communication. Though it was plenty of paperwork, patience was shown and given during the whole process. Would do it all over again and would refer anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
Our initial loan process was handled by another loan officer, and nothing was ever communicated for 30days, Art took over and transition and explaining the process and what had happened, we felt better going into the KB loan process.
Great team with great job knowledge. Communicated effectively and kept me in the loop every step of the loan process. This team made my loan process so seamless.
