While I did not have any problems with the loan process and loan officer it was the quality of work in the property that I had a problem with. The work by subcontractor is not good. Even now after I closed on the loan 4 days ago there are still discrepancies that needed to be addressed prior to the closing that have not. The last property I owned had a lower value and provided way better quality of work and materials. There was also a lot of delays in this property and the closing was moved twice, which begs why was not eve... read more

Our initial loan process was handled by another loan officer, and nothing was ever communicated for 30days, Art took over and transition and explaining the process and what had happened, we felt better going into the KB loan process.
