Someone just knocked on my door and said the could spray my yard for $1 tomorrow. I advised that I already had a contract. He told me that they were spraying harmful chemicals into my home and they would do it different and a lot cheaper. He then said he could do the first spray for $1 and then quarterly for $89. Let me preface this by saying I honestly would not have taken the time to write this review if it had not been for the unprofessional messages between the “manager” who signed us up for service and I. While walking our dogs we saw a young man walking door to door, he came to our door and we weren’t wanting to chat so the next day when I opened the door there he was again. Please do not send random men to knock on doors at 7:40 pm when my child is in bed. Our neighborhood does not allow solicitation. You claim to already be working "in the area", yet the offer was for when your company would be coming to my neighborhood in the near future. Hmmmmm.
If this company and their product are as fabulous as they claim to be, why, exactly, are you drumming up business by irritating me and each of my neighbors at dinner time with a door to door salesman who is offering a service I already have for more than I already pay? When I told him this, he insults my current pest control company, who does well with word of mouth advertising, and tells me that they are offering illegal and dangerous services. We have noticed a slight difference in ant population but still seeing them in certain places.
Ripoff alert. Do Not Use this company. Literally go with any other business, save yourself the trouble. Huge disappointment, extremely poor customer service and outrageous fees. Run and DO NOT SIGN THEIR ANNUAL AGREEMENT. Owner himself does not care about the clients AT ALL.
If you are looking for a pest control company, give yourself a favor and DO NOT USE Aruza Pest Control. Their guys have been going around neighborhoods trying to get more business and promising great value and a 5 star rating, HOWEVER, they rip you off and charge an arm and a leg. We ended up getting billed over $380 in less than a month an a half for 2 service visits!
