Verified Renter I like how quiet everything is and how quickly I was able to be approved and get in. It’s a bit difficult to get responses to emails or get someone to answer the phone and my trash still isn’t being picked up.

Verified Renter I wish i could give 5.. just having bad experience with the plumbing which affects my water bill that is included with my rent. Maintenance has tried to fix it.. But i feel they need a expert in Plumbing to get the job done.. Im reaping the cost from the issue. Overall quiet neighborhood. Helpful staff in office especially Mr. Lee.

Verified Renter Easy going clean homes no problem. Quiet area I am in and safe. I actually really love the community so far. I would definitely recommend this place to family. I do wish their were more handicap spaces as I have a permanent handicap sticker but it’s ok because my place is on the corner.

Verified Renter I really enjoyed calling Ashbrook Village home and it’s very quiet everyone stays to themselves, what I would say needs to be change are the units such as mine that needs to be updated with the amenities and I feel all together the rent needs to be looked at as well but honestly over all I love the staff and the maintenance man that drives the mini man he’s awesome he comes and fix what needs fixing and explains everything in the process and he doesn’t just walk in he knocks he’s very respectful.
