Verified Renter Quiet, everybody is friendly. Nice size apartments. Just wish it was a little more closet space and cabinet space. Love there’s a park and a pool.

Verified Renter Easy going clean homes no problem. Quiet area I am in and safe. I actually really love the community so far. I would definitely recommend this place to family. I do wish their were more handicap spaces as I have a permanent handicap sticker but it’s ok because my place is on the corner.

Verified Renter I really enjoyed calling Ashbrook Village home and it’s very quiet everyone stays to themselves, what I would say needs to be change are the units such as mine that needs to be updated with the amenities and I feel all together the rent needs to be looked at as well but honestly over all I love the staff and the maintenance man that drives the mini man he’s awesome he comes and fix what needs fixing and explains everything in the process and he doesn’t just walk in he knocks he’s very respectful.

Verified Renter I like the closeness of the stores and school. The amenities and some of the neighbors were okay. Front office people treat you nice and are always catering to your needs.
