Verified Renter It’s cozy and quiet. So far the neighbors have been very welcoming and friendly. The access to the store is great. Not too far from the highway and also closer to work.

Verified Renter Ashbrook Village hasn't always had the best reputation but I have not had any problems. I'm a single female and always feel safe. I think it is actually extremely quiet, I never see or hear of loud partying or anyone fighting.

Verified Renter Love the area and community, however after only 4 days of being a resident I come home to flood in my living room and kitchen due to the bath room tub upstairs. I was assured it would all be taken care of as soon as possible which is nice.
