Verified Renter Apartments are pretty good. Really happy with the new management and the team they have in the office. They're very nice and work with you. I'm happy they are also putting work into the playground.

Verified Renter Very Nice! I like to enjoy the pool with my husband,. I live here for 7 years . Parking lot, area for barbecue . I have two room apartment with back yard. Good maintenance and management.

Great place to Live Ever since the new management things have been great. The manager Kim is awesome and the maintenance staff is great also. The new renovations are making the property look brand new. The neighbourhood is quiet and I’m near shopping and schools all just a short drive this place is awesome. Highly recommend

Verified Renter It is very quiet and clean, and when you need maintenance you don’t have to wait a week. The office staff are nice. I have heard some not so pleasant things but have not experienced any of those things. I’m happy to call this my home

Verified Renter In the past has been very disorganized. Staff was not very helpful or friendly in the office previously. So far since new company has taken over I have not interacted much with new staff other than to renew my lease. Staff seems very welcoming and so far seem very helpful in accommodating concerns.
