Loveable Community The ladies in the office are great, always quick to solve any issues ive had since living here. Highly recommended to a few of my peers as a great place to raise children.
I could live here forever! I live at Ashbrook Village in Gastonia, NC. My roommate & I searched for about a month for a quality apartment that we both loved...we had to have no doubts about it. We literally visited every apartment complex that was in about a 30 mile radius of where we were currently staying. Verified Renter They need to upgrade these apartments soon. some of them are barely in living condition and they rush you to pay your rent like it’s a luxury development when honestly it’s bare minimum. Things fall apart around here and it takes days for maintenance to fix it.

Verified Renter I moved in a week ago from another state. Supposedly they gutted the property and made them nicer. We have new carpet and flooring, but the facets are old, outdated and leak. Floors are uneven and you have absolutely no storage for anything in the kitchen. No pantry, very limited cabinet space. Which those are all old . So is the dishwasher, that we have to use a light switch to turn on. No space for anything in the main bathroom. No medicine cabinet and it’s a tiny little sink which is outdated. Verified Renter I've been here going on four months... and since I've been here my trash never gets picked up from the door even though we pay extra for it each month. Also pest control hasn't been around since I got here and I've had two huge spiders in my home. One of my vents upstairs doesn't work, I've notified the office as well as the maintenance and nothing has been done about it.

Verified Renter There are regular shootings. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms resulting in mold. Roofs leak. You can’t get a hold of anyone in the office, or get a response. But it’s cheap, so we get what we pay for I suppose.

Verified Renter Overall everything is good. My dishwasher nor is my garbage disposal working but I've contacted Maintenace to come out and fix it. I don't like how I have to park 6-8 apartments down from my own, we should have assigned parking.

Verified Renter It takes too long for issues to be fixed. There’s not communication. When we put in requests no one ever says anything. It is also hard to reach the manager.
