I have spent over $13,500 at Ashley furniture and have experienced the poorest customer service ever. I had called for days before getting through to customer. Once they have your money they are done with you. I made my order more than a month prior to receiving some of the items. I was told that all items would be available at time of delivery. Wow… where do I start. Bought my couch Boxing Day 2021. It’s September 26, 2022…. Was told on purchase date my couch would be delivered within 3 weeks. It’s been 9 months. I was FINALLY told (after hounding their terrible customer service for months) that my order would be delivered September 27, and I would be contacted for drop off time. Worst customer service ever experienced. Dropped coffee table off with screw through the top after replaced 3x for poor quality and was told I could get $75 store credit. DO NOU BUY
Terrible place to purchase furniture* **** ***** **** **** **** *** ******* * We purchased a king bed frame and it was delivered without the posts that keep the bed upright. Countless emails and phone calls with NO response from a manager at the store. I paid for a bed room on April 27 and they said you will receive on may 30 then they said June 8 then June 9 and then I ask to cancel the order they said you will lose 10% from my money for cancel plus the bad customer service I told them you broke the term not me I had plan for that no even compensation for late
We shopped around forever for the perfect couch set for our new house, we were so excited to find a beautiful couch set at Ashley and we did our due diligence, and decided to go ahead with the purchase. HOWEVER, fast forward 3 months, we were noticing REALLY bad pilling happening on the fabric, we chalked it up to wear and tear.
