I was very excited to buy my furniture and my son and I handpicked it. The couch they delivered was the correct one I picked but the box and mattress were not. I explained to them that they made a mistake but they were so rude and so harsh with me and they did not fix the problem. They made me sleep in my living room literally for weeks because I refuse to receive the wrong mattress. I agreed to something and they sent something else. Back in early February I bought a sectional sofa **** *** ******* ******** ** ********Once me and my wife saw the sofa in the showroom we instantly fell I love with it. To make things better the sofa was on sale. The one problem we had with the sofa was we felt it was a bit too small for our family room. Our old sofa was 12 by 12 feet and covered both walls. Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the 2peice sofaset purchased from Ashley HomeStore.I bought a three-seater sofa set and loveseat from your store on February 24, 2019, for $2180.87. However, in 2022, an issue was identified with the furniture that could not be fixed due to the model being discontinued. Stay away from this store. When my wife and I bought a microfibre loveseat and sofa at the store we told the salesperson that we wanted to try out the matching recliner, however the recliner was not on the floor. So we asked the salesperson(only 6 months experience) if we could return the recliner if we tried it out when it was delivered and she said we had 48 hours to make up our mind and to call the store to cancel and have the recliner picked up. I bought a sofa from ASHLEY FURNITURE ON 64th ave n.e a year and half ago they delivered the wrong product I went to there store very same day told them it’s your mistake pls change it or pick it up from my garage nobody came. hey just stole ****** from me on a return. PCustomer service said restocking fee is ***** Webpage says 15% Now they are trying to tell me its 25%Anyione else deal with this horrendous business? Then I found out that there would be no restocking fee if a store credit was issued, I was never informed of this, either.

I recently purchased a sofa **** ********* *and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite providing accurate measurements of my space and confirming dimensions with the store, the delivered sofa did not fit.
