hey just stole ****** from me on a return. PCustomer service said restocking fee is ***** Webpage says 15% Now they are trying to tell me its 25%Anyione else deal with this horrendous business? Then I found out that there would be no restocking fee if a store credit was issued, I was never informed of this, either.

Awful customer service. They haven’t customer care **** sell furniture these days. Ashley’s furniture looks like second hand ,and all of them have some problems

I recently purchased a sofa **** ********* *and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite providing accurate measurements of my space and confirming dimensions with the store, the delivered sofa did not fit. Upon expressing my concerns and attempting to choose an alternative, I was informed that the maximum size available was 86 inches. We ordered a couple of home furniture from Ashley ******** *******on November 21, 2023. ******** ********Today is December 16, 2023, and there is no sign of any delivery date and time. Only gave one star because it won’t allow zero stars…….Very very poor sales staff. Was told a couch was in stock and could get it the next day with delivery for a charge $*** by a third party company. They got us to applied for the Ashley financing card. Got approved and then proceeded to say the couch is not in stock and could take up to 2 weeks. This was after all paperwork was completed. Now I am fighting to cancel the order and they are fighting me to wait for the delivery. I need furniture now. Not possibly by Christmas... read more

Ashley supposed to deliver quality product in great showroom condition and instead supplied defective product 1 piece of ***************** ***************" with nails protruding on them in an unsafe and hazardous way. Before we used, I complained and Ashley took it away and repaired and refurbished it and returned it charging me the full price of the product. Not happy with Brad at Ashely at Regent store. After the sale he did not reply to emails. I have asked for store manager to call me and help with understanding the invoice because there was a 5% discount given and it doesn't add up. The last email was me requesting for the manager to call me *** ** * ****** *** *** **** **** * ***** ** ***** ** ****** ******** ****** *********** ******and even that did not prompt them to give a care about after sales service.

I purchased a bedframe from Ashley's for $1400 plus white glove service which we paid extra for. The bedframe was delivered and the installer was talking down to, berating, and was very unprofessional to his helper. They moved my bed out of my room which was fine, but refused to move it back because we did not purchase from Ashley's. The installers did not clean up after themselves and left garbage everywhere, which shouldn't happen with the white glove service. Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare to deal with. This is the first and very last time we purchase anything from this company. From the moment we were wrongly sold on an item description from the sales staff, to getting it exchanged and having to pay for the restocking fee despite it being the company’s mistake, delivery issues and finally a very poor quality bed which ended up breaking.
