Not happy with Brad at Ashely at Regent store. After the sale he did not reply to emails. I have asked for store manager to call me and help with understanding the invoice because there was a 5% discount given and it doesn't add up. The last email was me requesting for the manager to call me *** ** * ****** *** *** **** **** * ***** ** ***** ** ****** ******** ****** *********** ******and even that did not prompt them to give a care about after sales service.

I purchased a bedframe from Ashley's for $1400 plus white glove service which we paid extra for. The bedframe was delivered and the installer was talking down to, berating, and was very unprofessional to his helper. They moved my bed out of my room which was fine, but refused to move it back because we did not purchase from Ashley's. The installers did not clean up after themselves and left garbage everywhere, which shouldn't happen with the white glove service. Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare to deal with. This is the first and very last time we purchase anything from this company. From the moment we were wrongly sold on an item description from the sales staff, to getting it exchanged and having to pay for the restocking fee despite it being the company’s mistake, delivery issues and finally a very poor quality bed which ended up breaking. We have purchased a king bed from Ashley store in Kennedy.When we bought the product,we had great expectation about the quality of Ashley Product. They have terrible customer service. I bought a Wide Seat Power Recliner from Ashley Furniture in Richmond Hill on July 3rd, 2023. The item is damaged while in transit. I returned the item and requested for refund but it took more than 1 month to handle and the money is still not back!!!

I have Bought Recliner and Sectional and a dining table and we have issues with dining table since day 1. It got replaced three times due to cracks in a month from purchase and Ashley is not allowing us to reselection table. And Customer service people wants us to keep replacing table. If these many tables have cracks then it's wood/material issue, how can we rely on that dining table.
