We were provided with excellent service but we were also permitted to shop ajd wander at our own pace without a Sales Rep shadowing us. When we did have questions she was very informative and Akways available when we needed her. It truly was a great experience

I worked with Lauren at the South Hills Village location to find an electric fireplace for my living room. She was extremely prompt in finding me ones I was interested in and emailed these to me. I made my selection without leaving my house! Great communication and quality service!
