This review is for Matt Pangelinan. As an indecisive person, I was overwhelmed with trying to decide which couch I wanted. Matt guided me through the different quality and price tiers to help narrow down the choices without feeling pressured. Brandon Tagama! Remember that name next time you are looking for new furniture! He took his time with me, when it came to picking out the right couch. The visit wasn't even that long and he knew exactly what I wanted. Helps save so much time when working with this guy. I have been looking for the perfect sofa since last October. I met Brandon at the Ashley store in Aiea. He was so helpful and kind. I decided on a sofa that I liked. It was the perfect size for my apartment. We made all the arrangements to have it delivered. Unfortunately when the sofa arrived, it would not fit in the elevator. Brandon told me not to worry. This location is definitely the definition of customer service. If you need new furnitures please come by and see Janet Lozano. She is a true salesperson Eve though they work on commission she truly listens and is so knowledgeable of what customers want and need. She was very patient and really showed us options for why we were looking for. Highly recommend and Janet definitely needs a recognition and raise for her outstanding customer service.

I'm posting a follow-up review as I have been contacted by Ashley Pearlridge and they have been extremely helpful and honest, which is what I wanted. Thank you Taryn, for responding to my review, and to Daphne, (GM) for following up and informing me on what happened. And then rectifying the issue. I absolutely love my new furniture, and my review was not a reflection of any lack in product quality, rather, a customer service issue, which in my opinion, can be easily addressed.

Furniture shopping saga continues. I would always pass by and bug my hubby to take me inside. As my dads personal interior designer, this was a fun trip to let my creativity flow. Indoors it's huge and honestly I almost got lost a few times but somehow quickly knew my way around. Upstairs had this beyond gorgeous bamboo dining table with the matching chairs. I wasn't expecting to talk to anyone regarding my furniture, but thank you so much to Taryn from Marketing at CS Wo & Sons and Daphne, the General Manager for the Pearlridge showroom. All I wanted to know was the ETA on my furniture - whether it was next month or six months from now. I just wanted a date or timeframe that everyone was on the same page about. Great place to shop! This review was overdue for a few months. Back in May, my wife and I bought our Living Room, Dining Room, and Bedroom sets for our new place (yes, all at the same time).
