Horrible experience here! I ordered an ottoman with a sectional. It took over a year to get my ottoman. I had my sectional couch in a few weeks upon ordering... waited a WHOLE YEAR for my ottoman. Terrible customer service. The most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had. There was a blonde woman with glasses and shoulder length hair that kept staring at us in each showroom that we entered. She did not greet us when we walked into Ashley Furniture and was silent when I said "hello." She followed us from room to room from afar and notified other associates to watch us. Why do your sales people stalk us? We were planning on buying a full bedroom set until I notice your salesman watching us so I figured i'd test it out. We had already found what we wanted on the bottom floor so we went upstairs and poof right on our ass there he was. Worst experience ever! After waiting 30 mins to get Vivian to help us (even tho we already knew what we wanted) we waited another hour for them to tell us that an item on the floor was discontinued. Complete waste of a Sunday afternoon but we found what we wanted from their website. It's no wonder people would rather shop online than to deal with incompetent idiots.

Went to this location for new furniture and was so excited to get a new living room set. My husband purchased it the following day and patiently awaited our delivery notice days later my husband called back to find out they didn't complete our order and the person said we had a remaining balance cause we had 2 forms of payment and never put the second method through. We had issues with both our purchases. The first one we purchased a living room set, got home and three days later found out they didn't charge my card the full amount so had to go back in and talk to a manager to get it fixed. We gave them a second chance and ordered a bed set. They messed up on the delivery now we have to call the manager again and try to get this fixed. I recommend shopping somewhere that takes there time to get it right because that's there job!! Not mine

The initial sales person was friendly and helpful. However, that is where the positive ends. Product was paid for on 7/3/17. AFTER payment we were told it needed to be ordered and would arrive in early August. August came and went and no product. Every time we called we were told they couldn't tell us exactly where it was, but it was ordered and on its way. After calling MANY times to locate product, it FINALLY arrived in mid October.
