My Home Furnishings Consultant, Louisa Barba, was very friendly and patient with me. Before i walked into the store, i was stressing big time. Just moved into my own studio, with a beach chair as my "sofa". Lol After about 3 hours?? I left satisfied and relieved. We stopped in when they were hosting a promotional event in-store. There was plenty of parking and the workers were pretty friendly overall. We ended up purchasing a dining table, four chairs and a lift-top coffee table. Some of their prices are a little high, but they do offer furniture in a variety of price ranges. Last night we got a great deal on a adjustable bed and queen size mattress. Under $800.00 with delivery and set up great sale. Ashley in the American Mattress section was great took us thru all the way the bed works. Best thing there was no pressure or salesperson running you down trying to push higher price item. Thanks Ashley for the great services.
Service on point by all the employees. Especially the one who help us. BRANDON TAGAMA. Dude is knowledgeable and helped us get and find exactly what we were looking for. A lot more I could say about this guy and his service but I'll just keep it short. Next time you're in Ashley furniture/red knot/homeworld Aiea, ask for BRANDON TAGAMA! He will not disappoint
okay okay okay. i went here 1 time & got stalked by a sales man. kind of annoying, so we left in a hurry. came back another day & met Damien. he remembered seeing us the 1st time we came so we explained to him why we left. he was very nice & patient with us as we were purchasing a whole new bedroom set for ourselves & wanted to see their sofas for my dad. we didn't end up getting a sofa that day...but we did return about a month later & who did we get?? Ashley HomeStore is combined with RedKnot, SlumberWorld, and Home World! This place is huge and the selection is impressive. They have a sizable parking lot with free parking and the sales associates aren't pushy. We were interested in a sectional but found it on Ashley HomeStore's website for $400 less, including shipping and delivery. Unfortunately they couldn't price match but it's totally orderable online.
