First visit to Ashley. Amazing displays of all the furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for a queen size bed and they had all sorts of beds. Plush, firm, and tempurpedic. We wanted a pillowtop mattress for sure. We were also looking around for a couch. Oh my there were so many to choose from. This is the first time I came to Ashley and actually purchased something. I could have easily gone to Schofield and got a sectional for a grand. I chose the couches here because they were because it was a couch and a loveseat of the same fabric. It was soft and Electric in the feet came out. Salesman Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and all the questions that we were asking and did his best to assist us in every way. I would give him a 5 also.
First time coming here to buy anything. My wife and I were searching for a sofa. We were patient and looking around at other places such as Red Knot, InSpirations, Elite Furniture, etc. Luckily, we looked at Ashleys Furnitures during the 4th of July sale which had an awesome deal that you couldn't resist. Had a nice experience at Ashley HomeStore. This store is huge as you are also one stop shopping at Homeworld and Red Knot. I was looking for an affordable leather loveseat and couldn't find the right one. Ruby asked if I needed help and she informed me of some great finds in the clearance section. She was right! The furniture in clearance are four month old floor models and they had a lot of nice items to choose from. Ruby showed me the perfect sofa and I'm grateful for her wonderful customer service. My husband and I bought our new couch yesterday and we had the best salesperson because he greeted us when we walked in and then he literally left us alone the whole time we were looking at furniture options and when it came time to purchase, it only took like 2 min for everything to process. I was lucky to have Ashley from Ashley Home Store help me furnish my home. She was patient and helped me find pieces that fit the style of my home. She showed me MANY couches and I finally decided on one that fit our space and budget. Ashley Home Store had a lot of furniture to choose from. I felt most of the furniture was dated and bulky. I really thought customer service was going to be top notch here. When my family entered the store we were greeted by a female employee who asked us what we were looking for. I told her we were just browsing and she was nice enough to let us know where particular furniture items were located in the store. I went to the beds, knowing that I will be needing one.
