This furniture store has everything to satisfy an indecisive buyer. They have the widest variety from very affordable to higher end. We decided on a wonderful sectional couch, and a new dining set. Thee shopping experience during a pandemic was VERY comfortable and safe. Our salesperson was Susan, and she was SO kind, patient, and very enjoyable to work with. I recommend this store to literally everyone.

They have a wonderful selection of fine furniture at a number of price points, but mostly at the higher end. Definitely the nicest furniture you'll find around here - so many other stores offer only dated, low quality pieces, so Ashley is quite refreshing! We enjoyed being able to shop both Red Knot and Ashley at the same time and finance pieces from both on the same account. Very convenient. We bought our couch from this location so it was only right to buy our dining table from here. Our salesman was Brandon. He was very helpful and showed just about 10 different tables until we found the perfect one. He was really patient with us and that's what I liked. I didn't want to be rushed or pressured into buying anything. We opt out to the delivery and assemble, because it would cost us $150 on top of spending $1500. Salesman Brandon T. was nice, friendly and honest about the type of leather my loveseat was made from. So I bought my loveseat from him. One salesman, at that same store, said he could tell real leather from bonded leather just by the feel and it was due to his familiarity with leather firniture. I really like this location. Ashley is connected to Red Knot and Homeworld so you have many future options. Plenty of parking too. The only thing i don't like, but seems to be common with these furniture stores is the salespeople stalk you.... guess they have to, in order to make sure someone doesn't take their commission. I did find that once I told them that I was not buying today, they left me alone.

We had a awful experience at the Kapolei store and decided to try the Aiea one. We are so thankful we did! Brandon Tagama was amazing to work with and very helpful! We will definitely be back for our next purchase! Thank you Brandon for turning our bad experience into a great one!
