I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. The dispatch was very pleasant and helpful. I was given excellent service on a same day notice. Thank you very much!!
I wasn't impressed when they first came out and told us what was wrong. This didn't initially fix the problem. I then contacted Brian who had his workers come out again and fix everything and didn't charge me a thing. I was impressed with the follow-up.
They were punctual and knowledgeable. They were very upfront with their costs. And they also took off the Angie's List discount even though I misplaced the coupon.
They did excellent work and were very reasonably priced. Very professional.
Very professional, pleased with the performance of technicians. I would hire again. Slightly disappointed about getting estimates in advance on all jobs. Price came out fair, but they were unable to give me even a ballpark on the outdoor light (just time plus material, no guesses at time). It may be the nature of the particular project, but a ballpark would have been helpful. $70 trip charge was a little high. Overall, they seem trustworthy and likely worth the moderately high price.
I can't say enough good things about this job. From the guys who did the work to the woman who took my payment over the phone, everyone was friendly and the work was professionally done. The work even came in less than the estimate as they were able to complete it without any drywall work needing to be done. I don't know how they did it; they must be miracle workers!
