ASI Plumbing is very up front, there aren't any surprises in pricing. I heard about ASI Plumbing on the radio. I checked out their website, which is easy to use. You can see past histories of jobs they've done, it's great. I also like that they have up front pricing and price per job, not per hour. The final price was exactly what they told us it would be. We'd use them again.

Besides the difficulty of credit card processing, everything went fine. Everything went fine with ASI Plumbing. I think the plumbing works. It's in the women's restroom, so I haven't been able to check it out, but there have been no complaints, so I'm sure it's just fine. The only thing that was rather arduous was the credit card acceptance. Other than that, ASI were here in a timely manner, they did the work in a timely manner, and they explained it and all of that.

Cheap, quick, and a good experience. My water heater went out, so I started looking through the phone book. I called several different people, and ASI Plumbing was the cheapest at the time. They came in and did a good job. They went on, did their work, and then left, and I got to go to work on time, which was great! It was a good experience. I would probably use them again if I needed another plumber.

Emergency service was prompt and very thorough !! I had a gas leak and needed it fixed next day. ASI called the night before when I put in the request on-line (very good scheduling method) to confirm the appointment and to make sure my warranty co. had sent them the correct request. Mr. Mike Sloan gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he came, did great work, talking me through everything and then explained what he had done and the warranty plan well when he was finished. Would recommend ASI

This is the second time I have had ASI; they do a great job! After Mike Sloan was here in November,2010, I requested him again yesterday when I called. He knows what he is doing and he doesn't make a mess.He explains what he is doing and why. He is a great plumber...and a really nice young man!

Water heater problems - Mike Sloan licensed plumber, 5 STARS!!! My water heater kept flipping the breaker. Mike Sloan (sent by ASI) is a licensed plumber who does his job RIGHT! He quickly and accurately identified the problem. He had the right parts on the truck and changed them out in no-time. He was professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and took his trash with him. GREAT JOB and A GREAT Rep for ASI! Again, FIVE STARS!!! Thanks Mike! :-)

Scheduled me that day, On Time, and Friendly Service Mike Sloan, Plumber First Class, rebuilt my shower valve. He was friendly, respectful not to make a mess, and, most importantly, on time. Would definitely use again, and probably will.

ASI Plumbing is fantastic! I've been using ASI Plumbing for a few years, and have absolutely no complaints. They are honest, dependable, on time and very friendly with great attitudes. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly. The work they perform is consistent and exceeds my expectations every time. Their website is really great too. I especially like how easy and efficient they've made it to schedule an appointment online with them. I highly recommend their services.

I would call ASI Plumbing again considering their courtesy if nothing else. The gentleman who came to help us from ASI Plumbing was very courteous. He told us what the best thing to do would be considering our situation, and we followed his instruction.
