They did a good job. I contacted ASI Plumbing, and they came out to do an estimate. They did a good job. There was a leak in the pipe line. They found out where it was, and they fixed it. It was my first time using them, and they do a very good job. They cleaned up after they were done and left it very nice.
They are communicative, timely, and they do the job right. I have always found ASI Plumbing to be very communicative. They tell me what is going on, and they do the job right. They have done quite a few jobs for me, from unblocking toilets to complete plumbing remodels and everything in between. I have had a lot of experience with them. I use them as subcontractors and would use them personally if I had a need. I have used them for 5 or 6 years.
Service started out good, I have had the same issue now three times. Service started out good, had several things done with ASI. But shower has had three issues with the same problem and now want to charge more to fix it. ASI has turned into a Tom Drexler Plumbing!
toilet problems I called ASI to come out and fix two Toilets and I requested Allen he did a great job the cost was what they Quoted he was in and out whiten a couple of hours I would and will recommend and Call ASI again this is not the first time i have used them and it wont be the last thank you ASI
Leaky toilet We had a leaking toilet and had a plumber come out to fix it. It was $200 to just reset the toilet. The problem wasn’t fixed and had him come back out but was late so we had to reschedule. Came out again and was an hour and a half late but luckily I was home for him to fix it. Was there about 20 mins to reset it again but also put a wax ring on. He was very nice but I don’t know if he knew what was causing it to leak. Scam. Scam. Scam I called to make an appointment on 6/28/2017 at 4:10pm was on hold until 4:40pm. We only have one shower/bath and it was clogged so badly it could not be used and we have a 2 y/o, an 11 y/o, my wife and myself. This was an emergency and the lady said we can get you in 6/29/2017 at 12:00pm. I accepted the appointment and made arrangements to have someone at the house between12-2. Not happy with service. They made a follow-up visit for work done previously and really didn't seem interested in resolving my problem. Before I knew it, they were gone. Didn't say anything. They were just gone.
