Rough in bathroom remodel I found a great plumber! Carlton has to be the hardest working plumber in Louisville. To get the job done, Carlton worked a few 12-14 hour days, on the weekend. Unheard of from the other 3 plumbers we tried. We agreed on a 630am start time and he was never pulling in the driveway later than 6:20. Looking forward to the finish work

yeeeeHaaaaaa had major drain problems at 1pm and Carlton had them fixed about 3.Didnt even complain about crawling under the house.Liked service so good I decided to have my whole bathroom redone with new tub and pipes as well as the old lead ones I have are one headache after another.The price I got was much better than the plumber who is his name.

Excellent work, as always. We noted a stain and peeling paint on our dining room ceiling. Suspected leak from second floor commode. Called ASI. Carlton came next day and replaced commode wax seal. Did neat job. The next morning, we noted drip from ceiling about 6' from previous. Again called ASI. Mike Sloan, who was on another job, came at 6:30 PM. Cut hole in ceiling at drip location, but found nothing. Suggested more holes be cut to find source and offered to stay until problem resolved. We decided to wait until next day. ... read more

Carlton to the rescue! Carlton arrived on time for the appointment and diagnosed the problem quickly - a clogged 45 year old cast iron pipe. Knowing we were dealing with medical and financial issues, Carlton did everything possible to get the line cleaned out enough to buy us some time for we had to replace the pipe. He worked and worked until finally getting the line snaked to get the plumbing working again. Carlton was very professional, polite and compassionate and we can't thank him enough!

Backed Up Main Line I got a call from the wife yesterday morning that we where having problems in the basement. I called another shop and they weren't able to come out until the next day which would result with us unable to use any facilities in the house. I called ASI and they gave me approximate pricing over the phone and then dispatched a resource within 2 hours. Moved a Gas Line for Dryer I needed the gas line moved for a dryer. Made the appointment online and received a confirmation email minutes later. Mike Sloan was the plumber who came out to do the work. He called ahead of his arrival time to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the work and gave me a price before he started. The work went well. Mike explained to me where the shut off valves were and asked if I had any questions.

The ASI Pros Do It Right. Thanks Carlton and Wade! I'm old enough to know better, but when my toilet developed a leak last Sunday I tried the DIY route first. What a mess. Thankfully, I'd seen the ASI Plumbing ads on TV and scheduled a Toilet Remove and Reset service on their website for Monday at 10am. Carlton and Wade from ASI Plumbing showed up on time and were in and out in an hour. Efficient, professional and reasonably priced. ASI Plumbing is number one on my list.
