fixed a pinhole leak in basement pipe ASI plumber Mike Sloan arrived at my house and fixed the pinhole leak in my basement pipe within an hour. He was courteous, polite and knowledgable. I appreciated hte call beforehand telling me he was running late. I will definatle recommend this compay and use them myself in the future
Mike was wonderful...just like always!! I had H2O backing up into my basement and ASI was the only company I considered working with. Mike was great, AND gentle when he told me that my water line from the house to the street needed replacing to the tune of $5,800 4 weeks before Christmas!
Garbage disposal was leaking & 2 bathroom sinks stopped up Mike Sloan came out to fix the problems on hand and did so. He was very professional and polite.
Bathroom leak Mike Sloan came through with call this morning. Arrived during scheduled time. Found problem quickly. Problem repaired to leaking bath tub drain that had leaked through the lower level ceiling. Thanks Mike!!
drain cleaning Had a drain cleaning that I couldn't handle myself after hours of trying. Called ASI because if their ads on TV . I like to know the cost before I call for service. A few years ago a large plumbing co. in Louisville charged me twice what ASI would charge. The other company acted as if they did me a favor. Sump Pump Replacement My home warranty company contacted ASI Plumbing to replace my sump pump. Mike Sloan called ahead of time and arrived promptly. I explained what my issues were and he addressed them. Mr Sloan was extremely polite and professional. He replaced my sump pump in no time at all. He even answered a few of my questions after the job was finished. Because of my experience with Mr Sloan, I would not hesitate at all to refer ASI Plumbing to any friends/family that may need plumbing work!!!!
Sewer back up I called for a sewer back up and they gave me a appointment for 12-22-11, I explained to them that i have a handicap child with asthma and the sewer was coming up in the basement. They have been here before and Mike the plumber was finisihing up another job and was able to get to me today.
