The company was great to work with. It is great to know that there are good contractors still out there. They did everything they said they would do and more. They were really informative on everything and this warranty is the best.

Great! An Aspen team member knocked on my door and let me know that my roof could be damaged from the recent hail storm that rolled through Ashland. The next day the young man came out and inspected my roof and he showed me pictures of all of the hail spots on my roof and all around my house. He advised me that I should call a claim in with my home owners insurance and I did. I saw their signs after the storm and gave them a call. They came out the next day. They met with my adjuster, talked to my agent and insurance company and agreed on the price. I just had to pick a color. They had the roof done in a day and it looks great. There were a few nails in my bushes but they told me to expect that as they were tearing everything off. Aspen is a great company. I had them come out to fix my home after a hail storm and they did an amazing job. My rep was knowledgeable and handled the entire insurance process. Very professional and clean considering re-roofing is a major construction project. I've never seen a group of men work so hard without cutting corners. I have recommended them to several of my family friends and neighbors and they are all very satisfied. Thank you Aspen!!!

My experience with Aspen was the WORST there could be..From day one to the bitter end ANYTHING they told me was a lie.. I was put off time and time again after I wrote a check of $5000 to start my job..After a while they stopped returning my calls and left me hanging...First it was we'll get to your roof in 4 to 6 weeks, then it was 8 to 12 weeks.. Short summary at the bottom. My experience with Aspen is the worst I've ever had with a company. It started in June 2017 when we chose Aspen Contracting to replace our hail damaged roof. The Aspen employee originally said they would be able to replace our damaged siding as well as the roof, but later on told us that was not something they did.
