I am always taken on time, or even before my scheduled appointment time. I especially appreciate the excellent work and friendliness of Dr. Pezz, Jenny, and Marie. They are EXCELLENT!

This type of dentistry is new to me. I was at a typical office setting for over 20 years. My insurance changed and I landed at Aspen in Natick. First appointment was a cleaning and x-rays. I was seen on time and Jenn was fantastic. Told me more about my teeth than I've heard in 20 years. Next appointment was for a cracked tooth. I arrived early, was seen early and although Dr. Pezz had an emergency, he stayed to fix my tooth and I was out before my actual scheduled appointment. That was a first! Marie and Marie and the entire office staff are fantastic How's this, they actually tell you how much the procedure is going to cost before they do it. And it is a lot less than I have paid in the past. I would highly recommend this office for their professionalism, personality and promptness!

Aspen Dental in Natick is absolutely fantastic. The moment I walked thru the door, I was greeted with a big genuine smile and felt absolutely welcomed! Everyone: Dr. Pezzolesi, Riad, Patience, and Alicia were very caring, informative, efficient and pleasant. I had a five star experience and service! Thank you to Aspen Dental of Natick!!!

The people make the difference. I know they truly care about my comfort and that my treatment/ cleaning is done tight. My wife who also goes here had a root canal on the tooth that another dentist botched, and she is so happy they did it right. Convenient location and professionalism all throughout especially Jenni.
