I thought I would get my teeth cleaned for my first visit-- in fact I requested it when I make the appointment. I had taken time off from work to come in and it was very important to me to receive the service I expected. Instead of cleaning my teeth, they insisted I get X-rays and then used the X-rays and fear tactics to tell me I had the early stages of periodontal disease. Then I was told I needed to pay the $1,000 not covered by my insurance to get a "deep cleaning" with anitibiotics. When I stated that I couldn't do that... read more

Thought everything was paid and when I was ready for permanent I was told that the "second" part would be $ 518.00. I'm not questioning the price but it would have been nice to know this from the beginning. The staff and services have been great and other than the billing surprise I am very satisfied. I would recommend Aspen.
