Most of the staff was nice and friendly however, at the end of the visit they tried to tell me my insurance was not accepted and I would need to pay out of pocket. This was incorrect and fixed but they were persistent that my insurance doesn't cover the oral surgeon. I called my insurance and provided them with the doctors information and sure enough they do pay for him. I called them back the same day to ask them to doublecheck and make sure the information they gave me was correct it has been a week and I'm still waitin... read more

I have never written a review about an experience with a company up to this point. When I received an email from Aspen Dental to tell them how they did, I couldn't pass up the chance to do so. I was extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with my visit to Aspen dental a week ago! Less than a year ago I had $3,000 worth of work done at Aspen which included fillings.
