The staff was very friendly and addressed all of my concerns
Everyone was very friendly. Disappointed because I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appt time to be seen. But financing / plan was easy and efficient. I recommend.
I was cared for in a reasonable time frame. The employees were pleasant. & appeared to know their duties. Not having someone at the front desk all the time seemed odd.

Scheduling person (Rich?) was amazing ...competent, informative, compassionate. Staff was great, going above and beyond.
The staff was friendly, the dentist explained the procedure , and made me feel comfortable. I was reluctant to go to a chain dentist , however I am glad I did!!
