I was impressed how professional everyone at the Auburn New York office were. Was kept waiting a little longer than I would've liked but not bad overall
My dental hygienist Morgan ,was the most descriptive , informative and professional that I have ever had. She is a totally awesome employee.
I had a very good experience.
First impressions are everything, so when I arrived, I found your entire establishment neat, clean, bright and well lit. Your employees are friendly, well spoken and helpful. Everything was explained to me step by step and all my questions were answered. The doctors and nurses were informative and, again, explained the entire procedure. I couldn't have had a better experience. Congratulations.

All the staff did their best to put all my fears to rest. They took the time to speak with me regarding all the treatment options, listened to all my questions/concerns . I am so looking forward to my next visit and starting on my journey to having my teeth fixed and having the beautiful teeth that seemed just a few days ago an impossibility !! Thank you !!
The person who extracted my tooth was the best. No pain and just an all around good experience. However I never received a follow up visit or my next appointment for the next step. I will call on Monday
I was very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Amanda was very helpful and answered my questions and I love her smile. I have been a patient for many years and Celina Debski came right over to say hello and took some of my stress away.. I enjoyed my visit and the work that was done on my denture.
Overall a fair experience. I had severe tooth pain for several days and hadn't slept however when I came in they insisted on a complete set of X-rays which was incredibly painful., instead of doing an X-ray on the problem area. This inflamed the Roth even more. They then sat me in the waiting room for three hours with no offer of any topical pain relief.
