When I first came to Aspen Dental in Sandusky Ohio, I loved it. Dr. Lau is the best doctor they have! He is very professional and he knows what he's doing, I loved going there for him. However they switched my doctor to a different one, I don't remember his name but he was very unprofessional and he rushed everything. I was not happy. My portion of my bull was $900+ to start with but ended up being a little under $600 by the end due to non surgical extractions. Comenity bank is still charging me the $900+ and a late fee. 1 means excellent I hope from the 1st minute I was treated with respect and compassion. ..my teeth were extracted 2 1/2 years ago by another clinic dentures never fit they never made it right....Not only did aspens lab tech Katie make my bottom plate beautiful !!! it fit 1st time I busted into tears. I hadn't smiled really in over 2 years.!!! They also adjusted my top plate so I could wear them until I can afford to have them redone. I 💘 Aspen Dental New Phila Oh. # the bestÂ
The whole process of being a new patient just seemed a little too rushed. I guess it's just the way things are these days in order to make money. An awfully young staff was a little too unsure of themselves, and that made me uncomfortable, but these college students, and interns have to start somewhere. I did. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I've had better, and I'm one that really doesn't like to go to the dentist, doctor, or to even get my hair cut, so a rating of four from me is pretty respectable.Â
