When I first came to Aspen Dental in Sandusky Ohio, I loved it. Dr. Lau is the best doctor they have! He is very professional and he knows what he's doing, I loved going there for him. However they switched my doctor to a different one, I don't remember his name but he was very unprofessional and he rushed everything. I was not happy. My portion of my bull was $900+ to start with but ended up being a little under $600 by the end due to non surgical extractions. Comenity bank is still charging me the $900+ and a late fee. 1 means excellent I hope from the 1st minute I was treated with respect and compassion. ..my teeth were extracted 2 1/2 years ago by another clinic dentures never fit they never made it right....Not only did aspens lab tech Katie make my bottom plate beautiful !!! it fit 1st time I busted into tears. I hadn't smiled really in over 2 years.!!! They also adjusted my top plate so I could wear them until I can afford to have them redone. I 💘 Aspen Dental New Phila Oh. # the best

The whole process of being a new patient just seemed a little too rushed. I guess it's just the way things are these days in order to make money. An awfully young staff was a little too unsure of themselves, and that made me uncomfortable, but these college students, and interns have to start somewhere. I did. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I've had better, and I'm one that really doesn't like to go to the dentist, doctor, or to even get my hair cut, so a rating of four from me is pretty respectable.

I rated excellent for my first visit to the Aspen Dental in Lake city. The team is very friendly. they made me feel at ease. Especially the xray girl, Tia. she was so friendly and good at her job. then I met the rest of the staff. Dr Estes was so down to earth. He went over the different choices that I have. he was very professional and friendly. They gave me a plan that I can work with in getting my teeth fixed.
