I rated excellent for my first visit to the Aspen Dental in Lake city. The team is very friendly. they made me feel at ease. Especially the xray girl, Tia. she was so friendly and good at her job. then I met the rest of the staff. Dr Estes was so down to earth. He went over the different choices that I have. he was very professional and friendly. They gave me a plan that I can work with in getting my teeth fixed. Don't fit can't wear still waiting
This Dental office by far is the best I've ever experienced . The staff is superb very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
This was a first time visit for my mother. Overall service was good. I would like to make a comment on the meeting with the Office Manager. I thought her consultation meeting with us was slightly rushed after my mother's exam. Initially she described the denture offers with my mother and I while we were still in the exam room; which made it hard to follow because we had nothing to visually look at. At my request i asked if she could show us the different dentures via a brochure and she went to front to grab one. We e... read more

Freindly staff that's explains completely of the procedures and costs prior to the service. Attentive to giving quality patient care and satisfaction.
I had a good experience.The entire staff were very caring and very nice to me.
The only thing negative I have to say the young lady at the front was very rude other than that my visit was great!!
