Very friendly staff. Good experience.
They must screen the reviews because this was the worst experience ever. From paying 3500 dollars cash up front and them pushing my appointments back several times to the massive blood bath i was given during the extractions. I was also charged for 2 oral surgeries that i did not get BUT needed! Thats right i was sent out with dentures in my mouth over top of the two teeth she broke off at the gum line and just left in my mouth! I had the most wonderful, caring, compassionate, gentle Doctor (Dr. D ) & hygienist (Tammy). I'm usually nervous at dental visits but not today. We laughed & joked even after a filling & extraction. That's saying a lot.!! Thank you Tammy & Pineapple!!!!
I made an appointment online for 05/02/2017 - 8:00 AM. This is a mistake. I would like the appointment for some time in September.
My Mother and I as New Humana Customers wanting to try this “Amazing New Company” visited the Aspen Dental Branch in Ormond Beach Florida for our Free Routine Checkup / Examination / Estimates. We setup our appointments at the same time since my mother cannot drive and we live very far from the facility. Sandra, my hygienist, was outstanding! She stayed late to do my last minute cleaning. I needed to have my teeth cleaned for an upcoming FMR, and I insisted I get my teeth cleaned on my first ever visit to Aspen Dental. They told me they usually don't do that but set up a treatment plan and do the cleaning on the next visit. They obliged me and my insurance pays for two cleanings a year. I am so glad Sandra cleaned my teeth! She did a great job! The Army FMR Dental Providers will appreciate her work on my clean, sparkly teeth... read more
