I'm more than nervous and anxious when at the dentist. As a child I had terrible teeth and the worst experiences at the dentist. Sky(dental assistant) was impeccable, she helped me a GREAT deal. She put my mind at ease and helped me to feel more comfortable.
I am a 57 yr old female. I have never liked going to the dental until now. I went to your office in Keizer by chance but I'm so glad I did. Not only did they help me with financing but put me at ease mentally. Every time I walk in the door I know I will be greeted with everyone's big smiles. I had an appointment with the hygienist in the Oswego office, Morgan Keller, on May 11, 2017 and it was a wonderful experience. Morgan was friendly and courteous. More importantly, she was extremely knowledgeable about dental procedures. And finally, she completed her work on my teeth efficiently and without causing me any discomfort. I believe that Ms. Keller should be commended for her excellent service
I'm rating him #1 as in the best!! Dr Patel got me right in and extracted a tooth for me. He was very caring and genuine. Thank you Aspen Dental for your care!
Worst dental experience ever. Appointments messed up, sent home twice, overcharged for "services", hack dentist didn't appear to know what he was doing, 1 out of 5 visits under 3 hrs (mostly waiting time), worst quality of work I've had done this century. Other than the gorgeous girl receptionist, this was the worst dental experience I've ever had.
I, being a new patient to the Hadley Mass office, recently had a procedure done. I had a good experience, did not feel a thing...... I'm unable to rate my experience because It doesn't say if 1 or 5 is the best rating. I would rate the highest..
Very informative, sincere, people, who want to make your visit pleasurable and your smile beautiful, yet affordable! They go that extra mile to see that you are satisfied with the work they perform for you weather its a cleaning, full dentures or implants!
