Dr kheiri is excellent. Each time I have been in he has been able to take care of my problems. He is personable and knowledgeable. If I were just grading him. He would get a 10. The office is very friendly and helpful. The cost for a person on fixed income is the one problem I have.
Please cancel my 4/27/17 appointment for 1:45pm. I will call later to reschedule.
The office visit was awesome but the bill which they said the insurance paid came a week later so they mislead me at that point
My Dentist name was Dr. Trombly. Dental assistant: Jasaline (Jase). Hygienist: Karnissa. Person at the front desk: Alley. And Tx Coordinator: Bijal.
The girl at the front desk was chewing gum and was a little slow to help us. She was not very professional. Everyone else was very professional and very helpful. The lady who did the x-rays did a good job and explained everything. The dentist (Kiefer) was pleasant and helpful and was very gentle and explained the procedures. Jacob went over the financial process and explained the packages to choose from. He helped complete the financial plan.
I receive entirely too many emails from Aspen. Even after I opted out, I still receive appt reminders. Are you telling me I MUST receive these emails? I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANY EMAILS FROM ASPEN.
I entered without an appointment and needed immediate care. I was greeted cordially by the receptionist and started filling out the necessary paperwork. I then had x-rays taken in order to evaluate my condition. I was concerned about the cost of a complete set of x-rays if my insurance did not cover this step of the evaluation. I was gracefully informed that there would not be a charge for the x-rays if my insurance company denied this part of the procedure. This was my first visit and it was a very good experience. There was some wait time between signing in, x-rays and seeing a doctor but it was very busy. The staff was helpful and polite. I am 66 years old and still a nervous patient. The dental assistants Brenda and Kari were very sweet to me and the office manager Amanda treated me like she would her own family. Dr. Hoops was a kind and calming doctor.
I was really disappointed to hear that Erin had left. She was remarkable and took time to really go into detail when I came in for cleaning. I liked her professionalism and personality. Today, I was somewhat disappointed by the Hygenist that filled Erin's place. Compared to Erin, this new person has some pretty big shoes to fill.
