Don't waste your time here if you need anything done. I made an appointment and waited two weeks to be seen. When I made the appointment I stated I just needed a baby tooth pulled the lady on the end of the line said no problem. After getting there 15 minutes early (per their request) I finally got seen. Friendly Business Manager was super helpful in getting everything scheduled and setup with Care Credit. After the dental work has been done I have had a horrible time with tooth pain on teeth that didn't hurt previously. I have had to make several trips back to get the dentist to look at the reasoning as to why there is pain. Dr. was ruthless when I had an infection. Worse pain in my life. Acted like I had interrupted her day. Looked at mouth "it's red and that tooth needs to come out" and left the room. Script for antibiotics and nothing for pain. My spine surgeon sent in a script for me, but it took 3 days to reach when I found this Dr. was not going to write a script. Original appointment was rescheduled and new appotment required 2 seperate visits on the same day 3hrs apart.
PLEASE DON'T USE THE ABILENE OFFICE !!!! Karen Key will start a procedure or work and then with out any warning she will walk off and leave you hanging or setting in the chair with half drilled teeth. I had to wait for office manager to confront her and tell her she needed to finish what she started. Key walked out at 9am and finally at 6pm completed the work. I fell she is very unprofessional !!!!!
We have had a terrible time getting my husbands partials to fit right. His partials have broken twice and the second time they were not going to do anything about it for over 3 weeks and didn't seem to care that he would not be able to eat anything other than food that is not healthy for a diabetic. Since July we have made no less than 8 trips to Aspen trying to get his partials fixed and they are still not right. Not happy at all and hoping they fix the problem today. Do not ever go there so un professional . We got a settlement from them !!!!
I can't even explain my disgust with this place, I'll be contacting a district manager shortly.
