i would not recommend this place to anyone! aspen dental is the mcdonald's of dentistry i started in april of 2021 we're just a week short of one year and i have not received a finished product. the whole office is incompetent, the regional manager matt is very incompetent and childish and josh tracy the sales director has not returned my call. at this point i'm talking with attorneys, oregon board of dentistry and i've contacted and filed a complaint with the attorney general of oregon. you cannot negotiate with aspen they ... read more
I would not recommend this office at all, I only went because I have crap dental insurance that only allows me to go these types of places. I made it very clear to the receptionist when booking the appointment that I only had my insurance for one more week and needed to get in for a teeth cleaning which they accommodated and I appreciated that. Very sleezy dental office. Can they get you in fast? Yes. Will it be a bad experience? Probably. My dental assistant was amazing, really nice and made me feel comfortable. The dentist did not make me feel comfortable and he made me feel bad about asking for more localized anesthesia when having a tooth pulled and even accused me of not actually needing it. This place was AWFUL from the start!!! After my X-rays and initial checkup, they immediately started trying to make money on me. They take you into a room and show you how much everything will be. When I'm like "oh hell no", they said "I guess we can take off the $150.00 toothbrush". I never talked to anyone about wanting one!! Then I go to get fillings done. other than gd. dentist,hygienist,, do not trust anna or regional mgr,, amela johnson! committed fraudulent claims saying(approved for dental work)!!!! then said im now not approved&sign authorization to run my credit again, i already did!!!! which as victim of identity theft! u know affects ur scores. destroying my scores! filing lawsuit.

My wife called this morning because she had a migraine headache from her TMJ and the person on the other line at Aspen dental said OK well we will see you as soon as possible made an appointment for 11:50 AM she drove 14 miles to get there to get this appointment and they said that they don't treat TMJ so and the person was rude that she dealt with their behind the counter and we will never ever go there again
Went in today as a new patient, very rude. Didn't know what she was talk about, prescribed me two different medications but wasn't needed at all? Went in to get wisdom tooth removed, and a clean up but didn't do neither of them. Front lady was the only nice one there & very helpful. Won't be returning back for sure!
stay away from these people!!!! runnnnn!!!!!! Fast!!!!! I flushed thousands down the toilet on my crowns here !!! Just went to a new place for xrays 9 MONThs after you guys did my crowns and I'll post a pic of how the crown is not properly touching the way it should be. Sketchy place! I too was drawn in by the close location & friendly staff. The took tons of xrays even through I had just had some 6 months ago stating they like to have their own. Then it seemed like when they didn't find anything wrong with my xrays they did an oral exam and said I had periodontal disease that leads too bone loss. I was never told this by my old dentist (that I went to every 6 mos) but needed to change because of my insurance.
