This is Aspen dental , not alder dental. I would give zero stars if they had it there. don't go there. They will never call you back even after bad review. They try to get you in there for free exam , they take you to another room to add your bill up. They measured all my pockets wrong. I refused to let them do the work. I went to a private dentist and he redid their measurements and no I didn't need the root cleaning. I would never trust them to do any work on me.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Aspen Dental !!!!!! I don't believe this dentistry has correct credentials or any experienced staff! I would not recommend this office to a soul on earth. They will absolutely treat you as a barcode and not as a person, I heard you please please do not go here you will regret it.

I was drawn to Aspen by the short distance, great commercials and prices. The welcoming staff was very friendly, but the knowledge seemed to be lacking with the next gal, who took the X-rays and blood pressure. Next the dentist came in, looked at the x-Rays, did a quick look over. Then she told me what needed to be done, given the fact that her English was very difficult to understand. I was totally flabbergasted by her words, asking about implants, her reply was "we don't do implants". She was at at her best not talking....... read more

Please avoid this office. I would give a negative review, less than zero stars, if possible. Unresponsive and unethical. Balance billing is illegal in Oregon and they practice that, I suspect to bully people into paying the balance who are unaware. Please do not come here.

It seems like this office is always understaffed. I waited for 30+ minutes for the dentist to come in, poke in my mouth for less than 1 minute, say everything looks great and be done with me! Also, I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and they were 20 minutes late starting my cleaning that took about 20 minutes. It's always like this. It just seems like they don't really value your time.

Stay AWAY!!! worst service ever, had a filling put in and the dentist did such a bad job that 2 weeks later had to have it redone. when I called for an appointment I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes!, anyways, the procedure to fix my filling was horrible, the dentist could care less about the pain I was in and acted like it was rude of me to ask for more numbing... Last year I was looking for a dentist when I started having some pretty bad tooth pain. I called this location, and they told me they took my insurance and to come on in for a consultation. I did, and when I was through, they sat me down with their billing person to talk about how much this would cost and schedule an appointment. To my surprise, the total cost for the work I needed done was between $3000-4000. Got checked out. They said I had 2 cavities and then they'd work on a tooth that was causing pain. Scheduled 2 appts that were supposed to be an hour each. First was over 2.5 hrs for 2 fillings. 50 mins of that was me sitting in the chair numbed up because they overbooked. Second one I show up and they say I have 2 fillings left. No, there's one left. As expected, these guys are about as honest as a used car salesman. They will lie about treatment plans, hide costs, and be a real pain in the ass when it comes to scheduling. Language barrier makes it difficult to know what the heck is going on...avoid the frustration and just go somewhere else.
