It's great when they get you in the door! Get you all excited about what they can do! Then they put you in a little office with Anna! Obviously she doesn't know or care what she's doing and it couldn't be more obvious Anna must get a bonus on how much Anna brings in! I have the worst credit because of my medical issues. Not her fault but I was asked if someone could co-sign, not at that time. I went because there was something sticking out of my gum and instead of removing it he told me to go back to the original dentist. So I did this and not only did the original dentist take out the bone fragment but he questioned the necessity of doing a root canal in the tooth next to it stating that it was not really necessary. So I am not sure if Aspen Dental just tries to prescribe expensive procedures to get money or what but It is definitely concerning. I went to aspen Dental for a simple checkup and cleaning. After xrays and check up they told me how healthy my teeth were and everything was good. Then I found out I had to come back another time for the cleaning. I was led to another room where the office manager began to tell me that I needed prescription toothpaste and mouthwash and needed a special cleaning, another session in 4 months then another after that in 3 months. Disaster!! Teeth are out, partials don't fit. Dentist takes lower back but says the upper just needs to be worn anyway. "What do you expect with a piece of plastic in your mouth?" Need better chair-side manner and care about what the patient is feeling.

I have an abcessed tooth! I being a nurse know I need antibiotics before thwy can treat. So I go to ER on weekend get them, call Aspen dental early monday morning for emergency dental service. Explain it all to them and they promised me they would extract it that day. I drive over an hour to get there and they are running behind and inform me that they wont treat me til next week. The staff and office managers were rude and uncaring. Then tried to lie to me about how long I need to be on antibiotics prior to an extraction. H... read more
