I've had four appointments in the last month because they refuse to do anything all at once. Every time has been terrible. As soon as I walked in they had no idea what they were doing. Left me sitting there for 10 minutes in the dental chair while they stood there. Today I had two fillings and they didn't numb me so I asked to be numbed and she refused. I'm a senior and went to Aspen Dental. the pulled my teeth and came back the next day and they gave me a partial and it did not fit. It made me have sores in my mouth and they brushed me off. They charged me and know I have dentals. just away from them.

This place was the worst place I could have ever taken my poor boyfriend!! He was having severe pain on his left side caused by his upper and bottom wisdom teeth. We made him an emergency appointment at aspen dental there on scholls ferry road in Beaverton for 11am the next day. So 11 rolls around and we show up, at this point he has been in pain for 3 days due to other offices giving us the run around. By far the worst dental office ever !! Wow I am just shocked the way they treat people . The Dr was young and horrible . I have contact the board and give the that Dr name . What a joke.

Called Aspen Dental on Scholl's Ferry Rd today for an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, was told I had to have a deep scaling of teeth done as that is what is written in my plan by the hygienist. Which by the way cost lots of money! I told the receptionist I just wanted my teeth cleaned like I have done every year. No dice, have to pay more $$$$ to have the scaling in order to get my teeth cleaned. Will check the legality of this.

I would not send my worse enemy to this clinic. My experience was bad from beginning to end, including a LOT of pain that wasn't necessary. And this is the most unprofessional office of any type that I've ever done business with. --on my first visit, the samples I was shown were yellow, except for the most expensive one. That was notably whiter. I wish I had seen that as a warning and not returned. --After confirming the appointment for my extraction numerous times, they changed it and didn't even call me. Aspen Dental should be not be allowed to do business in this state. I truly wish I had not ever stepped foot in the place. I found my self there 4 months ago after making phone calls to area dental offices to get an extraction done asap. I was told to come in and yes I would be able to get that extraction done that day. After a full set of x-rays and oral exam, I was told to see the office manager and she could set up appointments for further visits. Aspen Dental is a horrible business. I went there to have my wisdom teeth pulled and its been a nightmare since. After waking up from my surgery i was greeted by the oral surgeon throwing a fit because certain things he wanted to have in stock were not ordered and then left the room I was in. After about a week I had to make another visit because the surgeon had left bits of hanging flesh in my mouth which was painful and causing a bad odor.
