The experience at Aspen Dent was great for the most part. However a months after getting my mother’s “temporary”dentures replaced they broke. She went and had them repaired while still “waiting” on her permanent dentures to come in. Paid more money to get her “temporary” dentures fixed. My mom went back to ask when she would receive the permanent dentures and was told she would have to pay another 800 dollars for it. I was talked into having some teeth pulled and a partial. Paid alot cause no dental insurance. Aspens dentist also told me I had 5 more teeth that had no chance and needed to be removed.....gave me a plan on paper. Well the partial wouldn't fit anymore and it broke a tooth next to it. Left messages and Aspen called me back a WEEK later. Found a second opinion, that got me in the same day, and guess what........I didn't have to have ANYMORE teeth removed!!!! So Aspen lied to me!! My new dentist so far has fixed 5 of my teeth... read more

Did not get what I was expecting. It does not fit right. Also the cost was outrageous. The lady that checked me out was very rude. I will just not go back.

First, I wish to remain anonymous as the person I am reporting is vindictive... Just an FYI for your Cortez location...You have a patient(initials MJ) with an 8am appt this morning who last Thursday traveled by automobile with 4 others in the vehicle to OH, while making may public stops in many different states. Who was then in close quarters with around 20-30 people ( ages 1-70) for 3+ days in OH. And then drove to SC for a nights stay; also making many public stops. I called Aspen Dental on 1602 Cortez Rd W Bradenton to find out specifically if they did 3d cone beam scan because I had a root canal tooth that was bothering me for quite some time and I had previously gotten a regular Xray at another dentist and according to that dentist everything looked fine in the regular Xray although the tooth still bothered me, and even after the dentist shaved it to see if it would feel better but the discomfort continued and I continued to get sick, for which I even went to the ER several times not... read more
