I would never return. It feels like the used car salesroom for dental work. I took your recommendations to my regular dentist (I was having an urgent issue and couldn't originally get in to him) and nothing your dentist said was correct. I was told I needed a root canal on a perfectly good tooth. I was also told I had two cavities that are not there. What a sham of a company (and I've heard more stories since my experience). after initial meeting with dr. Tran they tried to change dentist to do my extractions dr. After my initial xrays and my first cleaning (which went very well, the hygienist was super nice and professional) I scheduled an appointment to have two cavities filled and a crown fitting as recommended. While scheduling this appointment I asked how long it would take so I could plan my work day around the appointment and I was told it would take no longer than an hour. 3 weeks ago I went to Aspen Dental and was told that I had 14 cavities and would require special cleaning, totaling $3,000. Today I went to Greenberg Dental and was told that I have ONE cavity and no special cleaning required, totaling $170. I am so grateful to have gotten a second opinion. Aspen Dental made me think my teeth were going to fall out- a huge corporate machine trying to make you spend WAY more than what is necessary.
Replace upper that cracked 2 times in 3 months. Very poor workmanship.My dog received better care with hervet than they provided for me
just wanted a temp repair on my partial but you guys wanted $1300 for a new one. went to Walmart and got a repair kit and fixed it myself and saved 1300 dollars. So when I get dental insurance in Jan I'll go any place else than you guys. Thanks for nothing
Wish I could make it 0 stars. How does trying to get a chipped tooth fixed require 2 hours of a “check up” which is really a giant sales pitch. I guess dentistry is now like buying a house. Didn’t even get a price. 4 people. 3 rooms. No answers. Worst dentist ever. Proceed with caution.
Don’t be fooled by their online prices and specials. Made an appointment for the new patient special for cleaning and X-ray’s went to check out and they tried to charge 411.00. It was a complete embarrassment to have to argue and show them their advertised rate. Not only were they over priced the cleaning service was a 5 minute polishing. Don’t make the same mistake I did and let their fancy ad’s fool you!
Please get a price before you get any work done including basic cleaning and X-rays. I just left there after seeing there specials online and when I checked out they tried to charge me 411.00 for cleaning and X-ray only. They do not want to honor online prices. It was a very unprofessional experience all the way around from the long wait to be seen to the embarrassment they caused me upon check out.
