Well it was ok...i had to change my baby diper and there was no changing thing in the bathroom so i had to change her on the floor..which i thought was not good..

Up until my last visit I was very satisfied. However the last visit, the hygienist was shaking so bad the instruments were clicking on my teeth. She was visibly shaken about something. I asked if she was alright and all she said was she was late to warm. I asked for another hygienist because I was uncomfortable with her shaking and she ignored my request. Waited for 2 hours to see dentist when he finally came in I told him a filling fell out and needed the tooth filled. after he spent 5 mins looking at my teeth he told me they couldn't do it that day, I told him that was the only reason I was there. Nothing was done and I'm still in pain. Never Never going back....... AVOID ASPEN DENTAL

What a scam! Omg they told me a crown would be 850 dollars and then after the exam and xray they changed the price to 1250 and would not do it without a 980 dollar cleaning. It doesn't cost 980 any where to clean teeth the average cost is 75 dollars. These people are dam criminal and please do not going here. Terrible experience for me.I am sorry I ever called there.

I suddenly felt pain in a old filling from my childhood in the middle of my workday. I contacted Aspen to set up an appointment as a new patient emergency visit. At first the office seemed nice and the staff friendly and compassionate. The woman doing the xrays kept rushing and apologizing, she was very clumsy. Nice, but seemed frazzled and unfocused. I thought the dentist and his assistance were great. However, I'm a new patient and called to have my teeth cleaned due to my gum disease. They didn't schedule me for a cleaning and was told I would be called three days after I left and schedule some dental procedures. It has been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed but will call back.

Do not go to Aspen dental I have been waiting for a refund of money I paid in advance. Every time I call I am told that it has been processed. A year later same answer. Next step lawsuit.

First visit I was told I needed an extraction, root canal and periodontal mitigation. To the tune of over $4000! After insurance! I have been under dental care every four months for years. My periodontal problems were under control, yet at Aspen all of a sudden I was in dire need of periodontal deep cleaning! This place is a clearing house trying to suck as much money as they can from your wallet. I went ahead with the cleaning because I was due! Big mistake! $961 for a deep clean.
