Awful Office manager Josh Crowell. Definitely does not know his job. Would never recommend this Aspen Dental.
I went in for an emergency, they x-rayed my whole mouth, which I did not ask them to do. Which I had to pay for. Had to wait two weeks for the extraction. Still wait While in pain an infection started. Nothing to prevent this was given.
I would highly recommend finding another dentist. If you want to know more feel free to PM me. Know that I had two crowns and I'm now having them removed. I also had such infection (due to the crowns) that I had to have 2 root canals. What a mess. My husband also had a crown and is having trouble with his.
I was very impressed at my first visit until l found out that my next appointment for a cleaning was going to cost me 106.00..... I only have my bottom teeth and are expected to pay for a full mouth cleaning.....very disappointed.....
I went there with an obvious swollen face and the receptionist made me wait 10 minutes before she would even talk to me. When she did finally she told me their first appointment was in 2 weeks. Really? I am a retired Registered Dental Hygienist and I've never been to an office with such disregard for the dental profession. DON'T GOTHERE!!!!!!!!!!

Not often I would write a positive review after having a tooth pulled but the staff at the Cortez rd Aspen Dental made it as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Jamie who's kindness was appreciated during the procedure. Bradenton is not known for it's customer service but this office delivered.
